Made with just a single ingredient, less than 5 minutes of prep, and either an oven or countertop food dehydrator, these sweet and crisp dehydrated mini marshmallows are a snap to make.
Set dehydrator or oven to 150F. If you’re using the oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place marshmallows in a single layer on a dehydrator tray or prepared baking sheet in your preheated oven.
Allow marshmallows to dehydrate for 3-4 hours, or until crisp, and the center of the marshmallows are no longer gooey.
