First off, add oats, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, coconut flakes, and sunflower seeds into a bowl and mix well.

Add orange zest, avodaco oil, orange blossom water, honey and salt on top of the dry ingredients and mix using a spatula until everything is well coated.

Spread mixture evenly onto a large baking sheet and place in the preheated oven.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes to ensure that the granola is evenly browning.
