BLUE CHEESE STUFFED OLIVES

Ingredients:

Blue cheese Cream cheese Green olives Thyme & Rosemary

Step 1: Add

Add the room temperature ingredients into the bowl of a food processor.

Pulse blue cheese and cream cheese in the bowl of a food processor or blender until smooth.

Step 2: Pulse

Step 3: Pipe

Using a slotted spoon, remove olives from their brine.

Stuff Olives with the creamy blue cheese mixture into the cavity of each olive until full of creamy blue cheeses.

Step 4: Plate

Place the olives onto a serving plate and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, and lemon zest on top before serving with cocktail picks!
