After making homemade lavash (or buying a package of lavash bread), you’re ready to make these lunch wraps:

Lay the lavash bread on a flat surface and add a scoop of goats cheese or hummus in the middle. Spread it out to the edges.

Lay the lettuce, turkey, avocado, pickled onions, and roasted peppers on top of the cheese.
