There are a number of components to these tarts - a whipped cream cheese filling & sliced strawberries - but let's start off with the tart dough!

The first step is to create the tart dough and form your tart shells!

Once forming your tart shells, make sure to pop them in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. This is essential – tart shells are much less likely to shrink while baking if you take the time to chill them.
