Infuse Milk. Warm the milk to a light simmer on medium-low heat. Remove from heat, add the herbs, and allow to infuse for 30-60 minutes

Wash, peel and slice the sweet potatoes into cubes.

Boil Sweet Potatoes in a large pot filled with salted water until they’re fork tender, about 15-20 minutes.
