My Strawberry Bavarian Cream Donuts are made with a pillowy soft brioche exterior, stuffed with rich, velvety strawberries & cream flavored filling.

Then rolled in sparkling granulated sugar for a little texture and sparkle and topped with a fresh strawberry.

You start by making the brioche dough until enough gluten has developed.

You're able to test this by doing the window pane test - gently stretching the dough while it resists tearing due to it's strength.

After resting in the fridge overnight, the dough is divided and proofed.

Each fluffy doughnut is fried on both sides until fully cooked though.

They're then covered in granulated sugar and filled with strawberry bavarian cream.

Finally, each doughnut is topped with a small strawberry before enjoying!
