First, mix together the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl.

Add the dry ingredients and stir until everything is combined. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.

Chill the dough for 30 minutes then separate the dough into 4 large cookies.

Prepare your baking sheets with parchment paper. Place the cookies about 4-inches apart on your baking sheets.

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until the edges of cookies are slightly golden - then remove from the oven and top with flaky sea salt while they cool.
