Ingredients
 

  • 3 cups (243 g) Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 ½ (200 g) Chopped Hazelnuts
  • ¾ cup (63.75 g) Unsweetened Coconut
  • ¼ cup (40 g) Ground Flax Seed
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup (109 g) Coconut Oil , melted
  • cup (113 g) Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. 
  • Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl
    3 cups Old Fashioned Oats, 1 ½ Chopped Hazelnuts, ¾ cup Unsweetened Coconut, ¼ cup Ground Flax Seed, ½ teaspoon Cinnamon, ½ teaspoon Nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon Ground Cardamom, 1 teaspoon Salt, ½ cup Coconut Oil, ⅓ cup Honey
  • Spread on a parchment paper or silicone mat and bake for 20-25 minutes making sure to stir every five minutes or so 
  • Remove from the oven and let cool. As the granola cools, it will continue to crisp up. 
  • Store in an airtight container for a maximum of two weeks once cooled and enjoy!
