  • 1 Baguette , Sliced, one inch pieces slightly toasted
  • ½ Cup Mascarpone
  • 4 SweeTango® Apples, Thinly Sliced
  • 3 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh Thyme


  • Spread a layer of mascarpone on the coolde slices of toasted baguette.
  • Top with two thin slices of SweeTango® Apples, fanning slightly.
  • Finally, drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving!
