- 1 ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
- ¾ cup Chopped Hazelnuts
- ¼ cup Ground Flax Seed
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Ground Cardamom
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
- ¼ cup Honey
- ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together all ingredients other than the unsweetened coconut in a large bowl.
1 ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats , ¾ cup Chopped Hazelnuts , ¼ cup Ground Flax Seed , ½ teaspoon Cinnamon, ½ teaspoon Nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon Ground Cardamom, ½ teaspoon Salt, ¼ cup Coconut Oil , ¼ cup Honey
Spread on a parchment paper or silicone mat and bake for 15-17 minutes making sure to stir every five minutes or so until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool. As the granola cools, it will continue to crisp up! Once cooled, stir in your unsweetened coconut flakes until combined.

Store in an airtight container for a maximum of two weeks once cooled and enjoy!
