Made with a spirited blend of Irish whisky, homemade sweet and sour, peach schnapps, and a splash of Sprite, these tasty little libations are easy to slurp down in one gulp — perfect for reliving your younger glory days without getting totally tanked. 😉

- ½ oz Peach Schnapps equal parts
- ½ oz Sweet & Sour Mix equal parts
- ½ Irish Whiskey equal parts
- Splash of sprite soda, lemonade or lemon lime soda to fill the shot glass
- Garnish if desired of lemon, lime or mint
Add schnapps, sweet and sour mix and whiskey in a cocktail shaker with ice
½ oz Peach Schnapps, ½ oz Sweet & Sour Mix, ½ Irish Whiskey
Strain into shot glasses, top with splash of sprite soda and optional garnish and enjoy!

Expert Tips
- Cocktails can be batched for a large group. If you decide to batch your cocktail, make sure to keep the soda separate until you’re ready to serve so the effervescence doesn’t dissipate.
- Multiply the recipe x2 for a larger cocktail rather than a shot. This “Irish green tea” is also lovely served up like a martini.
