Green Tea Shot

Watch out, world! I’ve just discovered the pure, rapturous joy of a homemade Green Tea Shot. Made with a spirited blend of Irish whisky, homemade sweet and sour, peach schnapps, and a splash of Sprite, these tasty little libations are easy to slurp down in one gulp — perfect for reliving your younger glory days without getting totally tanked. 😉

Ingredients

  • ½ oz Peach Schnapps equal parts
  • ½ oz Sweet & Sour Mix equal parts
  • ½ Irish Whiskey equal parts
  • Splash of sprite soda, lemonade or lemon lime soda to fill the shot glass
  • Garnish if desired of lemon, lime or mint

Instructions

  • Add schnapps, sweet and sour mix and whiskey in a cocktail shaker with ice
    ½ oz Peach Schnapps, ½ oz Sweet & Sour Mix, ½ Irish Whiskey
  • Strain into shot glasses, top with splash of sprite soda and optional garnish and enjoy!

Expert Tips
  • Cocktails can be batched for a large group. If you decide to batch your cocktail, make sure to keep the soda separate until you’re ready to serve so the effervescence doesn’t dissipate. 
  • Multiply the recipe x2 for a larger cocktail rather than a shot. This “Irish green tea” is also lovely served up like a martini.
