In a large pot, dutch oven or crock pot, combine all the ingredients together.
2 Oranges, 3-4 Star anise pods, 2 Apples, 3 Cinnamon sticks, 5-6 Cardamom pods, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, 8-10 Whole cloves, ¼ cup Apple cider, 4 cups Water
