Lemon Herb Tahini Dip

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 1 .5 cups Whole greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Fresh mint
  • ¼ cup Fresh dill
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Pepper and salt to season with olive oil to serve with fresh herbs

Instructions

  • Add the tahini, greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill and fresh mint in a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients have combined and the herbs have been chopped into the dip
    ¼ cup Tahini, 1 .5 cups Whole greek yogurt, ¼ cup Fresh mint, ¼ cup Fresh dill, Juice of one lemon, Zest of one lemon
  • Pour the dip into a serving dish and season/garnish with salt and pepper, fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with pita chips, sweet potato fries, etc.

Storage Instructions
Store your lemon herb tahini sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Bonus for all of my meal preppers out there: the flavors will continue to develop as it sits, so it may taste even better after a day or two.
