  • ½ cup Freeze dried strawberries
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  • Add the freeze dried strawberries into a food processor or blender that is bone dry! The blend until the strawberries have turned into a powder.
    ½ cup Freeze dried strawberries
  • Sift the strawberry powder into a medium bowl with your granulated sugar. If you find that there are large pieces of leftover strawberries, place them back into the blender or food processor and pulse again.
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • Mix the strawberry powder and sugar together until homogenous, then use as you wish! (cocktail rim, coating sugar cookies, adding to recipe that calls for sugar, etc)
