Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Alcohol/Liqueur of your choice

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip/whisk the whipping cream until soft peaks form.

  • Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the whipped cream.
    3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • Add the liqueur of your choice. Gently fold in and taste, then adjust with more sugar or booze as needed.

  • Make sure everything is COLD before you start, including cream, bowl, and beaters. Fat becomes solid when it’s cold, which means whipped cream can hold its light and fluffy shape better. 
  • Start small. Add just a bit of whatever liquor you want to flavor the cream with. You can always add more if you like the taste, but if you add too much, your only recourse is to add more cream.
  • Keep your bowl from spinning around by placing a damp kitchen towel underneath. It works like a charm every time.
