Pineapple Ginger Juice & Homemade Pineapple Ginger Shots

- 1 ½ cups Fresh Ginger washed and scrubbed (no need to peel)
- 2 quarts Water divided
- 12 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 Large Lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
Add ginger & 2 cups of the water into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

Line a bowl with a nut milk bag or a few layers of cheesecloth and pour blended ginger into the bowl. Squeeze tightly so that the ginger juice is squeezed out into the bowl.
Pour the ginger juice into a pitcher - then add remaining cold water, pineapple juice, lemon juice and maple syrup stirring to combine.
12 oz Pineapple Juice, 1 Large Lemon, 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup, 2 quarts Water
To make shots, use only 1 part squeezed ginger juice and 1 part water, adding sweetener as desired
