Garlic Butter
- 5 Garlic cloves minced or finely cut
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Unsalted butter room temp, microwaved at 30% power for 30 seconds
- 1 Tablespoon Minced rosemary
- ⅓ cup Minced parsley
Combine all your garlic butter ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined. Having your butter at room temperature is key to ease this process - simply pop your butter in the microwave for 30 seconds at 30% power to quickly soften your butter.

Cut your brioche bread into slices and spread the garlic butter equally onto each half.

Place the bread onto a wire rack on a baking tray and turn your oven onto broil making sure that there is a rack near the top of your oven. Place the brioche garlic bread inside the oven for about 4-6 minutes making sure to keep watch for some slight browning to start to occur on the edges of the slices.
Remove the bread from the oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes before topping with flaky sea salt and enjoying!

Expert Tips
- Did you forget to leave your butter out to soften? Not to worry. You can get it to room temp right quick by microwaving it at 30% power for about 30 seconds. (Note that microwave power varies by wattage, so your time may be more or less. I use a 800-watt microwave.)
- The thickness of your bread slices will determine how soft your garlic brioche toast ends up. If the slices are thin, it’ll end up a bit crispier. If they’re thick like Texas toast, you’ll have more fluffiness underneath.
