- 1 slices Lavash Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Goats Cheese
- ¼ cup Hummus
- 4 leaves Butter Lettuce
- 4 Avocado Slices
- 3 Tomato Slices
- ¼ cup Microgreens or Sprouts
Lay the lavash bread on a flat surface and add a scoop of hummus in the middle. Spread it out to the edges.

Add the filling of your choice! Lay the lettuce, turkey, goats cheese, avocado, and tomatoes! Finish with the microgreens or sprouts.
